The effects of not sleeping while trying to mentally prepare to leave for college

  1. Irritated eyes
  2. Heightened emotional responses
  3. Feelings of devestation and anxiety
  4. Nail biting
  5. Snacking all day
  6. Not doing things that need to be done
  7. Failure to run, or painful running
  8. Slower reflexes
  9. Messy room with lots of piles
  10. Lower defenses--the heck with being careful!
  11. More conversations with my dog than normal
  12. Loss of motivation
  13. Increased clingyness
  14. Watching Lie to Me because that's almost like napping
  15. Knowing my body can adjust to a college life schedule with minimal side effects
